1. All purchases are final. No refunds after purchase. (Cancellations will result in rescheduling the consultation up to 2 times).

2. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please inform me via email with at least 48 hours in advance to find the best time that works for both.

3. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) or UTC/GMT -5. (Please accommodate based on your time zone).

4. Reservation times are between (7:00-10:00 PM M-F) (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Sat-Sun).

5. You must maintain a professional attitude throughout the consultation. The use of profanity, verbal threats or any act of violence will not be tolerated. Fail to adhere to these policies will result in an immediate termination of the consultation without refunds
